How is XSS a serious concern with this product? I'm not asking a baiting question or have any agenda with this, or affiliation with Basecamp or any party involved in this discussion. I'm just curious. To me, XSS can run the gamut of "serious" down to "trivial annoyance," when it comes to risk management. I could be wrong, and it wouldn't be the first time today. :) <- snip -> XSS is a serious concern and my other concern is how customer's data/information is handled
