Definitely and another concern is as security you don't want to be hated for completely stripping away all music..  
Some would consider it just plain cruel.... I think allowing itunes and blocking web streamers would be best, and cut 
down on bandwidth usage as well.  It will get around that itunes works and the others do not and will (hopefully) 
eventually be accepted

HEH. The oldest answer from IT security. Don't allow the user to do
anything.

In reality, people are more productive when allowed to recreate
occasionally during the day to relieve stress and re-focus their
thoughts outside of their current working mind set.
Nothing is better for people in this regard than music.
Give them their iTunes...
WMP sucks for this, BTW... iTunes is a very stable and supportable
choice.
