Hi, I think you can use Cisco Gateway Load Balancing Protocol (GLBP) on multi layer switches for load balancing easily. It should work on 6500 series easily. Just give command 'glbp ?' in configuration mode of the switch inside an interface to get the command details. Regards, On 5/10/07, sami seclist <sg.seclists () gmail com> wrote:
Hello list, I'm looking for a solution that can balance the network load on two different firewalls. It appears that cisco 6500 switch with csm module can do this but it's pretty expensive. Do you know of other manufacturers that can provide load balancing switches and that can support 500000 concurrent sessions ? thanks
