So your saying implement solution based on company policy and procedure?  Wouldn't that be the equivalent of US 
responding to security failures in part on poorly developed software security by implementing the DMCA?  

The only way I can control system integrity dependability is being in control of the sandbox, bit tough to do when 
there is a gaping hole in the perimeter.
