Hi-

The requirements for the CISSP are either 3 years exp. and a degree
or 4 years and no degree.  With the experience
you have listed, you should have no problem with the requirements.

I think that SANS has some of the best training around and highly
recommend it.  I do have to admit a certain bias
as I teach for the Stay Sharp program and have been a mentor for SANS.
