Thank you all very much for your replies.

I haven't taken the time to examine them as I'm visiting familly but
will do soon. They sure will give me a couple hints on finding more
of these informations.

I'm thinking on building my own security site (I still consider myself
amateur, yet I look like an expert in front of my friends and family
(even collegues at the ISP i work for!)) probably an amateur site
explaining the very basics, but oriented for any platform and any
software used popularly. If I ever do this, once I have some stuff of
interest, I'll probably post an advertisement here so the experts can
flame my amateurish style! ;)

I have forwarded the posts you sent me with the links, the others, I
will investigate and give the results of those investigations to my
friend.

One thing that has come to my mind is this: He put me on a challenge,
the challenge would be to do like one of secunia's exploit (to run a
command with user privileges). This will probably be impossible for
me, yet, I would like to show other stuff that can possibly lead to
DOS and other minor troubles.

This said, my question goes more indepth now... Is there anybody out
there that know of vulnerabilities known to software running on Macs
(or just plain bugs, like there's plenty with MacMail!) and to Apple
hardware in general? For example, this guy has an Airport base
(extreme, I think) and a printer behind this wifi router.

The problem is this guy can only be convinced by example (remind me of
a friend of mine, a cocaine addict who had to die to *possibly* get to
believe that it could kill him!), anyway, he wants to see it for
himself.

If you have anything, I'm super interested, not just for this guy, but
also cuz I work for an ISP and security is one of my main interest
(btw, I use slackware at home myself). So anything related to
PROBLEMS in general with Macs will please me and satisfy his virgin
thirst!

Thanks a lot for your replies, I didn't expect as many, not surprised
as I know this community is strong, but still impressed!

Thanks,
 Simon
