You might have to individually go to different websites and sign up - look for the websites than bear the blame that they sell the information to advertisers (spammers) Use this email to sign up in some mailing lists that expose the email address (don't code it like abc(AT)gmail(DOT)com) - i received spam from the first day when i signed up my other email address with the djbdns mailing list.
btw, what are you trying to do - just curious !

Aman

Hi there,

I am interesting in getting as much spam as possible for an experiment
to eyemyspam () gmail com , the address that I used to sign up here. So
far I've put a mailto on a high traffic site, and am experimenting
with newsletters, domain information, usenet, opt-out forms, and more.
Are there any automated tools to sign someone up for a high volume of
spam? Google didn't help much here.

Thanks,
Elliott Back
