Yep, using it as my main pen-test toy, and it runs like a charm!

Managed to get all the toys I need loaded and running like a charm. If you're used to running Linux as a main box, it will be a bit of a change. I used to mainly run OpenBSD, so there's not too much of a diff, as OS X runs on top of a BSD micro kernel anyway.

Personally, I'd say go for it, as it's well worth it!

Hey all,

Wondering if anyone has / does use a Mac for there "toolkit" laptop?
With osX being UNIX "based" and from what I can see some of the more
popular stuff should port with a little work.

Before I went and spent couple of K on a new power book I was wondering
if anyone had already tried? What setbacks? What works well? What
software have you found?

Any ideas / insight would be great :)

Cheers

Jack.
