This is the whole point of Zone Alarm.
It should allow you to set the processes or programs to be authorized.
The point is that you're meant to check it out before just allowing it
access to or from your pc. If you don't readily recognize the process then
do a google for it.

Can anyone tell me how to stop zone alarm from checking every process that
is running on my PC. I'm getting a lot of popups tell me this program or
that program is trying to connect to the Internet.
