Here we are using a Juniper SA1000 for our SSL VPN Solution. They have really made some nice advancements in the technology. If you recall the NEOTERIS group, they were one of the pioneer's in the SSLVPN industry. Juniper purchased them and are using that technology. It works quite well for us. Because SSL VPN technology is so hot right now, vendors are able to command quite a large cost for their appliances. If you are looking for something in the Open Source arena (to save some $$) check out SSL Explorer http://sourceforge.net/projects/sslexplorer/. It works quite well with similar functionality as the big name appliances. There is a nice support forum as well. Good Luck. No problems to date.
Hello List: I've been tasked with implementing an SSL VPN solution in
our corporate
network and I was wondering if any of you had any
recommendations and
experiences (good or bad) with the various vendors. I
thought of looking at
OpenVPN but wanted some guidance on this product versus
some other products
on the market. Thanks in advance. Regards, Ed
