Health Informatics Security

I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge about Health Informatics / Health Information Technology and Security, I am 
planning to pursue a Masters degree in Information Assurance and would like to apply it specifcally to the Health 
Industry, any recommendations and/or ideas would be appreciated.
