I have been using it for several years and I like it. It is very easy to set up and the GUI is excellent. The upgrade procedure is nice also. I have run Nessus scans against it, it looks good from that standpoint. I actually used it at a business I used to work for as their main firewall because there was no $$ to buy a commercial one it held up just fine under the load of 75 people web browsing and e-mailing with two subnets behind it - it was running on a 266Mhz box with 384Mb RAM. I would recommend it! Hi list, someone have informations about Smoothwall(in particular Smoothwall 2.0) or has tried it? It works well? I read all the on-line documentation and now i would try it. I need some considerations about this product.
