Actually there are 3 options in de download approach.
1. notify for download
2. download and notify for installation ( which I believe u currently have )
3. download and install as scheduled, then notify upon completion of system
update.

Are you in AD environment, or NT domain environment?
Either way, I had tried and successfully deployed them.

AD - use group policy
NT - use registry ( with batch file if needed )

Regards,
Adam.

Subject: SUS server

We have a SUS server in place and it is distributing updates just fine.
My question has to do with the installation of these updates.

Most of my users are local admins (I know I do not need the lecture on how
bad that is). To top it off while the updates get downloaded to their
computers, they are not responding to the prompts to install the updates.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the updates installed. Removing
the local admin rights is not an option right now.
