Jeff,

I've bee "in" IT for 15 years now. Ain't got no certs but years of diverse experience.

Lesson #1 to anyone who enters into IT ( or ANY other profession ) is that no matter HOW much you learn, you're ALWAYS
a student.

Lesson #2 is that EVERY test / trial along the way is worth it because when you get past the test / trial, you're
better equipped to do it better next time.

Lesson #3 is that there's nothing to be ashamed of along that path, no matter how "apparently obvious" the answer to
the test / trial may appear AFTER the fact.

Lesson #4 is that all of us have learned WITH you which multiplies the value of the test / trial.

So, for learning as publicly as you have, we all thank you for taking us along on the journey.

We're ALL better for it, if only for the realization that we're a TEAM here !! And you've been not only a team play
but a team leader in this experience.

For that, we thank you as well.

Respectfully yours,
Allan Smith, NCAA, NDAA
