PatchLink should suit your purposes.  According to their website, they support the following platforms for the agent: 
Windows 95/98/ME, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, UNIX, LINUX, Solaris, AIX, Novell Netware.

Of course, it does require a Windows box to function as the server, but in a mixed environment, that shouldn't be a big 
deal.
