Johns Hopkins University is offering a MS in Information Security that can run concurrently with any of their BSEE,

I believe University of Virginia also has a degree program in Info Sec.  I am in school now working on my MBA and it is 
very time consuming so be prepared to give up your weekends and nights to reading and more reading and more reading.

i had come across capitol college once in the past.
i don't have any idea about the course quality etc but you can find it
by searching on google.
