Does anyone know of a good source (book, website) of true case studies of
security incidents? I'd like to have some stories to relate to complacent
coworkers, clients, etc.

Kevin Mitnick's book "The Art of Deception" has some nice stories abt
attacks using social engineering. It might be one good source to scare
your coworkers and get them to be more security conscious.
