Agreed! However improper quoting is so pervasive now that I doubt it will
ever change. Back in the glory Usenet days (before the web) people would
get spammmed for their improper quoting. Now with about a zillion times
more bandwidth out there it is the last thing on people's minds,
unfortunately. I hope contributors to this list at least start to take
note, because it does make the list more difficult to read.
