I believe this original message pertained to high school students. In a corporate structure (in some states) you'd need to show cause. This in turn would imply successful training in the first place to establish abuse (email, phone usage policies etc). And idiot end users are often a product of poor/no training on end user tools or lax HR enforcement policies. My2bits David
I'd also suggest going to management and having them issue a policy with
