Control-F1-LIVE! Or Webex for remote support. Looking to get some general feedback on exploits or positives with using either product. Thanks in Advance, Ben Adams LAN Administrator
The security company I work for uses Webex extensively (for demonstrations) and with good results. Our remote support is typically accomplished by having an obscure port SSH connection to our hardware, but if the company won't allow it we can use Webex to take control of a desktop (with their permission, of course) and remotely control a machine inside the firewall to open a connection to our hardware. So far we haven't had any major complaints, and it's saved us a lot of time and frustration. -- Brian Keefer --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
