http://www.netreg.org/ Does DHCP Registration based on POP3/IMAP/FTP
username/passwords. Its not perfectly secure (static ip's and people who
know the gateway's ip can still get on) but it works very well. We have a
600+ user network here, with over 100 AP's and this keeps who we want on on
and who we want off off   ;)
