This question is similar in nature to "Which tastes better, apples, or oranges ?" Both may be secured, yet neither is more secure of themselves. You are connected to an unsafe, open network (Internet). If you provide no security yourself(firewall, virus protection, etc) then you rely on your upstream ISP to setup packet filters, virus protection, etc. On Mon, 21 Apr 2003, Hornat, Charles wrote:
