I don't know if the official builds
  https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/
will log the keys or not, but maybe worth trying?

Firefox is, by default, only not in Debian and derivatives, decryptable again:
As Lee suggested, I downloaded:
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/71.0b6/linux-x86_64/en-US/
And all is decryptable again.

The patch will still be very welcome. All is better in the system, as deb package.

Thanks for the right suggestion, Lee!
