2.4.0 release dates

Hi,

I'm planning on creating the wireshark-2.4 branch this Friday, June 2nd followed by the 2.4.0rc1 release on the 6th. 
I've tentatively penciled in July 18th or 25th for the release of Wireshark 2.4.0.
