Wireshark - TNS Protocol dissector

Dear All

It looks that Transparent Network Substrate (TNS), a proprietary Oracle.
Is it not possible to dissect via wireshark?
Any configuration change needs to be done in wireshark GUI?

Please guide how to dissect TNS protocol.
