adding accessibility information to the qt gui.

Hello. I'm new to wireshark, and new to open source development. I'm a third-year software engineering student who relies on a screenreader. I recently started using wireshark, because I'll need it for one of my university courses this summer, but my screenreader cannot adequately convey enough information to me to allow me to use it effectively. To try to solve this, I've cloned the git repository, and am attempting to add enough information in the qt source to allow my screenreader to access this program. However, I'm struggling to understand the qt code. Is there already someone working on improving the accessibility of the wireshark gui with whom I could collaborate, or is there anybody who could help me understand the qt code so I can fix this myself? Any help would be much appreciated. ___________________________________________________________________________ Sent via: Wireshark-dev mailing list <wireshark-dev () wireshark org> Archives: https://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-dev Unsubscribe: https://wireshark.org/mailman/options/wireshark-dev mailto:wireshark-dev-request () wireshark org?subject=unsubscribe
