No. It is "LFS" :) I can always update version of GnuTLS or Qt (still use Qt 4.7.2), but there should be guard for GnuTLS to avoid build issue for some users (aka there should be beautiful message about requirements on configure/cmake stage). Debian Wheezy (older than new official version) has 2.12.20 https://packages.debian.org/wheezy/libgnutls26 Ubuntu 12.04/14.04 have also 2.12.x. So bump GnuTLs seems to be good option. In Qt4.7.2 case I can still support it for some time (until I build KDE SC 5...).
