Oops.  Need some more DLLS's I left off the list:

gtk2\bin\libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll
libGLESv2.dll
libEGL.dll

It looks as though windeployqt copied the debug versions over for some
reason and nmake failed to copy the gtk dll
