That's a good idea, since it was certainly news to me. I also looked and couldn't find anything in the gnome bugzilla.  
The closest I could find was this: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=516916

So for those of us without handy access to Windows (at the moment) what's the issue, exactly?  Are there other parts of 
gnome testing environment that won't work under Windows?
