Log:
Standard C++ header files don't have .h in their name: #include <iostream>
rather than #include <iostream.h>.

Also reference cout as std::cout in the test program.

Will all C++ implementations handle that?

I will admit I have no clue. But I do know that:

1) there is no iostream.h on my Fedora 18 system (only a file named "/usr/include/c++/4.7.2/iostream")

2) My Fedora 18 system does not like cout without the "std::" prefix.

I probably could do more research or I could wait for someone to complain that it doesn't work (or for someone more C++ savvy than me to come along); obviously I chose one of the latter two. ;-)
