problem with saving captured pcap file

After saving the captured pcap file in user , we could'nt enter user
then. but logging as guest was only possible .from the guest we tried
to enter the user via terminal but it then returned "setgid:operation
not permitted".

Once when we saved another pcap file in filesystem outside user ,we
could'nt log in to gmail and facebook . Then only after removing them
,we were able to.
