OSX 10.9 build procedures for latest source

Hi!

What is the easiest way to build Wireshark 1.10.3 on OSX 10.9 Mavericks?  I’ve tried macports and native build with no 
real luck - I keep getting tripped up by dependencies.  Any suggestions about the best way to build a custom copy of 
Wireshark from source?
