what's the meaning of 'Can't dissect FP frame because no per-frame info was attached!'

I create a packet base at ERF/ATM AAL2  to dissect UMTS FP,the UMTS FP data
is real data, but it says 'Can't dissect FP frame because no per-frame info
was attached!' , is that something should define before umts fp?
