Troubleshooting slow network

i'm facing problem with my network ( 5O hosts around). i use wireshark 
trying to identify the problem.I see that some hosts send several 
multicast streams to port 1900 at 14876 paquets/s . can i say that is 
the source of my problem ? and how to resolv it ?
