SDH Bug and reassembly query.

I recently submitted the bug and patch:
https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7490

I was wondering someone could take a look at it. The technique that I've used for reassembly doesn't seem to be the
most orthodox (based on the reassembly done in other protocols, unlike most protocols SDH works in more of a column
oriented way) and would really appreciate some feedback on it.

Regards,
Andrew.
