Can wireshark be used to get the SQL been passed?

Hey Experts,


Just wanted to know the best way to track the SQL's been passed from a App
server to database mostly JDBC.

Also can we capture ODBC calls? and what is the best way to filter it out
if there is another way other than specifying the source and destination IP
address?
