1.7.1 release?

- How about doing a 1.7.1 release soon?
  Someone asked at #wireshark about the tcp-stream feature for tshark and
  IIRC that is in svn head.
- Oh, and you wanted to write some blog posts about the new and upcoming
  features.

We are stuck with technology when what we really want is just stuff that
