New packetlist and Update list of packets in real time & autoscrolling

Hi,

It seems like the problems with the new packet list and live captures is
caused when 

Disconnecting/connecting the model (freeze/thaw) see
https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=4037

I did a quick proof of concept patch to test and it seems to work, but
before trying to implement a proper fix

I'd like to know if any one has a better idea. The aim is to only change the
way live capture updates the list

e.g keep the behaviour when loading a capture file.
