There is no quick and easy guide on how to be a "l33t hax0r." Read some good books on security. Read articles on the Internet. Study source code. Analyze packets. Learn how it works, and if you learn enough, you might be an expert some day. It takes time to learn these things.
From a quick google search of your e-mail address, I see that you are up to these antics elsewhere too.
