This is my first time to submit a patch here. I'm not sure how long it
usually takes to get some review.
How should I expect when someone may pull this in?

That's the right procedure.  But (as you might be able to tell from
looking at the list of not-yet-reviewed patches) there's a significant
backlog relative to the amount of spare time the core developers have.
