You have to use the lua script enclosed in that message, or you can try SVN Build 31903.
from http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/ which should finish in an hour or so.
If you can submit a trace I could verify that the dissection works.

Hello,

   I am unable to decode a CDMA GSM dump.

   Reference is
   http://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-dev/200904/msg00099.html

   The wireshark displays it as SIP in the protocol column. But even tshark.exe is unable to parse the same.
   Can you tell me how to invoke this IS-637-A decoding for the CDMA SMS data Message Body?
