Wireshark 64 bit missing SSL RSA Key List, SSL Debug File under SSL protocol preferences

Hello,

I recently downloaded 64 bit wireshark as I am running windows 7 operating system. I am not able to decrpyt the SSL 
capture file as I don't see any option under the 
Edit-->preferences-->SSL protocol to specify RSA Key list and SSL debug file. Is this a BUG or am I missing something??
