Yes.
Use JAD. http://www.kpdus.com/jad.html

There are variations that will traverse your package structure and/or Jars.
Jar files can also be unarchived into their package structure by WinZip et.al.
It is then a fairly simple task to write script to Jad each.class file
in the package structure.
