I'm forwarding this on behalf of another group. It's an inexpensive conference which may be of interest to members in Australia or those of you looking for a junket in a hot country (it's definitely warm here at the moment).
Administrivia: Although I live in the same town as this conference, I am not doing it for that reason. In general, I do not mind one or two posts per conference as long as the conference has some relevance to webappsec, where "one or two" posts is like the CFP, a post for early bird registrations, and at most a last minute announcement such as this.
