nikto vs n-stealth

I know neither of these are a web application scanner like Web Inspect and 
others.  But does anybody think N-Stealth (http://www.nstalker.com/eng/) is 
worth paying for.  It seems when looking at it that it does almost the 
samething that Nikto (www.cirt.net) does, which is free.
