By making the following registry edit IE will clear it everytime the
browser is closed 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\Cache 

set Persistant=1

Is there anyway to clear temp files, specifically .pdf, .doc, .etc, from
an internet temp folder after the user terminates a secure session.
