Hi,
Have you check which addr have you binded to ??
in the /etc/asterisk/sip.conf file
check out these three ...

bindaddr=192.168.15.53 
host=192.168.0.23
defaultip=192.168.0.60

and which version of asterisk are you talking abt ???
