OpenSSH Vulns (new?) Priv seperation

Has anyone recieved any more information on this? If so 
what exactly is the issue? This is the part that scares 
me:

"However, with privileges separation turned on, you are 
immune from at least one remote hole."
at least one? Jesus how many are there? any information 
would be appreciated....
