Except that clicktilluwin explicitly says on the page Jon cited: "ClickTillUWin does not record the frequency of any URL visited by an individual. For privacy purposes, ClickTillUWin does not match up or cross-reference such information to any type of identification program or process except the individual identification assigned to each computer. No demographic information is ever provided by ClickTillUWin to any party" -- Alex Salkever Technology Editor/BusinessWeek Online 212.512.3582 / alex_salkever () businessweek com

If you go to their site http://www.clicktilluwin.com/clickprivacyterms.htm theyll tell you everything about it, and how to remove it. There are much more nefarious programs out there then this one.
