Except that clicktilluwin explicitly says on the page Jon cited:

"ClickTillUWin does not record the frequency of any URL visited by an
individual.  For privacy purposes, ClickTillUWin does not match up or
cross-reference such information to any type of identification program or
process except the individual identification assigned to each computer.  No
demographic information is ever provided by ClickTillUWin to any party"

This program isn't some elaborate trojan program
bend on wreaking havoc on the internet, it’s just BS
ad-ware. If you go to their site
http://www.clicktilluwin.com/clickprivacyterms.htm
they’ll tell you everything about it, and how to remove
it. There are much more nefarious programs out
there then this one. Check out www.cexx.org
