I beg to differ, this is lack of knowledge and lack of proper training and
understanding of what does and can happen under the hood of the GUI.  This
lack of knowledge and training is getting to be fairly significant within
the industry and affects your co-workers and you through them.  Think
about times you have had to put in extra effort due to a underskilled
co-worker.  Think of yer frustration as you put forth that effort while
they rested at the wateringhole on or off site <smile>...
